Busting the High-Capacity Magazine Myth
Emily Miller, senior editor and Second Amendment blogger at The Washington Times, speaks with Cam Edwards about the second article in her four-part series on dispelling gun myths entitled, "The High-Capacity Magazine Myth." Miller explains that politicians are deliberately misusing language to deceive the public; such as describing any magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds as "high capacity." Miller notes that this misleading language appears to be very effective on the state level, with one study showing 60 percent of Americans supporting a "high-capacity" magazine ban. Originally aired 1/28/13.
